i wasn't aware of the Bun B / J Cole alliance, but its cool nonetheless, as Cole shoutouts Bun probably to support his album out now. Bun has been tight with Drake for a while, so maybe by the transitive property we shall see some Drake/J Cole collabs which would be GROUNDBREAKING.  The same goes for Jay-Z cuz drake and cole are both cool with him.  This song isnt great but j. cole is better than most due to his multiple-syllable rhymes and ice-cole(cold) flow.  He produced this track too which is cool.

I'm NOT patiently waiting for Detox (dr. dre's next album that he has been working on for about 10 years).  I want it now but it doesnt even look close in sight.  Apparently he is also making an instrumental album called "planets".  Anyways here is a new one by Slim Thug that was produced by none other than Dre.  The beat is classic dre- laid back piano chill music, perfect for my mood right now.  Slim Thug isnt bad, not great tho.

Shaq goes Green

Shaq Diesel and the Celtics have agreed to terms on a 2 year approximately $3million contract that will sent the Big Aristotle to Boston for the 2010-2011 season.

This move closes the gap between the start studded Heat and the Celtics, and is also insurance for Kendric Perkins who had knee surgery in the offseason due to a torn MCL and PCL in game 6 of the 2010 NBA finals that aided the Lakers to climb out of a 3-2 hole and repeat as NBA Champs. Although Shaq would have had presumably more playin time in ATL with the Hawks he decided to join the Celtics as they are a heavy contender to make a push for the finals this year.

This deal tears me apart as Shaq is my all-time favorite player growing up watching him take my Orlando Magic to the finals in '95 only to be swept by the Rockets and Hakeem "the Dream" Olajuwon, playing for a franchise I despise as a fan of the Lakers ever since Shaq "took his talents" to LaLa land back in '96.

DECISION 2010: FAVRE WATCH

In shocking news to most, the man, the legend, the ageless wonder, Brett Favre has decided NOT to return to the Minnesota Vikings for his 20th season in the NFL.

I find this shocking since his final pass thrown was an interception and after having his best statistical season in recent memory.

At a young 40 years old, rumor has it that Favre called up the Vikings personnel and informed them that is rehab for his surgically repaired left ankle is not going as well as planned and may be hanging up the pads.

Vikings head coach, Brad Childress has not confirmed this news as of today's Vikings practice and has been quoted as saying: "I'm not a big hearsay person. I'm a 'horse-say' person. I've got to hear it from the horse's mouth."

Ohhh Brad, you crack me up...

If this news is indeed a hoax it could be bigger than the Piltdown Hoax, FeeJee Mermaid, or even the Book of Morman! (Lets not get ahead of ourselves)

I personally don't believe the rumors.

Only time will tell if Favre's 309 streak of consecutive starts has truly come to an end.

I think the addition of Jay Sean makes this track a lot more tolerable, but I'm still tryin to figure out how Nicki knew what a Geisha was...
