Gucci declared himself mentally incompetent after being arrested for driving on the wrong side of the road in early November. Fresh out the mental asylum at 2 in the afternoon, completely sober, he requests a fresh new tattoo. So to join his face tattoos of tear drops of fallen homies and this "Brick Squad" forehead tat he gets 3 scoops of ice cream with bolts shooting out and "Brrr" on the cone.
